🛒 Order Cancellation
Once you place an order on our website, it enters our processing system immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Therefore:
Cancellation is only possible before your order is packed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Fakhri Stationery reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at its discretion.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
We accept return or replacement only under the following conditions:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website.
You must report the issue to us within 3 days of receiving the product, with proper photo or video evidence.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact for eligibility.
Non-returnable items:
Pens, pencils, notebooks, and small stationery items
Art & craft supplies that have been opened
Customized products
Threads, needles, crochet tools, and other consumables
Clearance or discounted items
💸 Refund Eligibility
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the fault lies with us.
Fakhri Stationery reserves the right to deduct reverse logistics cost in certain cases of non-defective returns.

Mention your Order Number, the Issue, and share clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with further instructions.
❗ Important Notes
Refunds will not be provided for reasons like change of mind, color variation, or delayed delivery caused by courier partners.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
Disputes, if any, shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
🧾 Invoice & Taxes
All purchases are accompanied by an invoice. If you need a copy of your bill, please mention it while placing the order or email us with your order number.
